Name: Nemesis
Nickname: Demigoddess of Vengeance
Age: Ageless, Immortal
Gender: Female
Hero/Villain: Villain
Abilities: Super strength and senses. Nemesis can also transform her forearms into weapons of every kind, including various swords, axes, even buzz saws, or mundane things like ink and pen. Also, being an Olympian demigoddess, she possesses inhuman durability.

Family: Olympians
Friends: Left for RP
Enemies: Hercules, to some extent
Allies: Left for RP
Opinion of Certain Other Characters: Hercules-She generally views Hercules with disfavor since he has a habit of interfering with her smiting, and convincing the gods to show mercy to wayward mortals.
History: Nemesis, Demigoddess of Vengeance, is the head of the Infernal Retribution Service, or IRS, tasked with delivering smitings to any mortals who should anger the Olympian gods. To this end, she will audit offerings to the gods to determine if a smiting is in order. To her chagrin, most of the gods tend towards more merciful approaches. For centuries, Nemesis performed her duties without any real incident until she crossed paths with Hercules.
When tasked with smiting the king of the satyrs, she mistakenly targeted Hercules' friend and mentor, Phil, coming close to killing him until Demeter stepped in and calmed things down, leaving Nemesis to grumble as she stormed away.
She crossed Hercules' path once again when, as a favor to Zeus, she assisted Hercules in searching for his friend Icarus, although she and her fellow demigod clashed numerous times due to their different personalities. However, when arriving in Rime where Icarus had been mistaken for a god, Nemesis attempted to smite him for being a 'false god'. A destructive chase through Rome ended with the arrival of some of the Egyptian gods, and Nemesis ended up fighting Ra himself for a time. However, when the fight ended, she was prevented from smiting Icarus by Zeus himself, leaving her to once more storm off in a huff.
Shortly after the Orbs of Power were scattered, and war began, Nemesis, determined to smite whoever was responsible for the whole mix-up, wound up falling in with the Forces of Evil, figuring she'd aid Hades since he was the only Olympian present.
Is Afraid Of: Not much of anything, really.
Home: Olympus
Other: Nemesis is over seven feet tall, so she's going to be taller than almost all members of the FOE.
Picture:
Sample Post: Nemesis frowned as she ducked under another doorway. If she found out whoever had designed such low door frames, she'd smite them on the spot! She was tempted to simply smash the door frames so she'd fit under them, but this castle, this Prydain might just collapse, dilapidated as it was. Well, she'd have to content herself with smiting any and all mortals who dared to defy Hades, and by extension, his allies.
She paused as he entered the courtyard, staring in astonishment as she surveyed the myriad creatures gathered to fight for the Forces of Evil. Animals as well as humans, and other creatures besides. Well, that would take a bit of getting used to, but she'd seen far stranger on Olympus, and beyond. So, without any further delays, she marched forward, towering over everyone in the room as she approached the front of the courtyard.
