Okay, done with questions about who is allowed, but I am curious about something else. I am thinking about taking Doctor Facilier. However, I looked over the villain generals, and he doesn't really qualify for any of them, no being a warrior, soldier, animal, or underwater entity. I should assume he works under Pete? Or will there be a magical general outside of the Triumvirate?

For the time being, I'd say he'd fall under Pete's command. A sorcerous sub-division could be created later.

Would the Treasure Planet:Battle at Procyon computer game sequel come into play here or are we just going by the movie? the game takes place 5 years after the movie ends.

That game won't have any direct bearing on events here, if that's what you mean. But if you were going to reference events that take place in the game, that's permissible.
