This is true, though it was a little halting. I also liked it when Nani whacked him with the palm tree branch and he goes, "Okay, okay," in a nearly perfect English voice.

Sure he should not speak like normal people, but english is fine in my opinion, stuttered and slightly arteficial of course :3
